Aglanta Forum

The Atlanta urban agriculture community is kicking off the Aglanta Forum on July 21-22, 2017, hosted at the Auburn Avenue Research Library on African American Culture and History (AARL) in partnership with Historic Westside Gardensand the American Community Garden Association.

Following an opening panel discussion, the Aglanta Forum will feature two distinct educational tracks -- Community Food Gardening  and Home Food Gardening. These in-depth sessions, led by Historic Westside Gardens and the American Community Garden Association will cover issues across the spectrum of community building, including leadership development, grassroots fundraising, and the collaborative economic impact of food gardening networks on Friday and Saturday.
