Thirty community garden leaders have an opportunity to increase capacity for their community gardens through personalized 1x1 Coaching from local experts through scholarships funded by Food Well Alliance.
The coaching consultations are centered around leadership development, establishing sustainable governance and horticultural expertise. Preference will be given to community garden leaders who may not have access to experts for direct horticulture troubleshooting and recommendations on site at their community garden.
Consultations are separate from the workshop series and can be used complementary to the knowledge gained or to someone who may not have been able to attend workshops.
Interested gardeners must register for the 1x1 coaching by February 1, 2017 at 11:59pm.
